We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:

Return Window

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

• The item must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Note: Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may take longer to process. Please plan accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper handling

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

How to Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return

3. Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide

Refunds

• After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available for items defective or damaged upon arrival

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue

Note: Because items come from different suppliers, delivery and return times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
